As founder and inaugural CEO, LaVeda is committed to uplifting her community and creating a more accessible world for people of all backgrounds. With decades of leadership in South Carolina’s school systems and advanced studies toward her PhD in Organizational Leadership, she brings unmatched expertise and passion to the mission.

As the inaugural COO, Courtney is dedicated to serving her community and creating meaningful pathways that level the playing field for all. A former student-athlete and experienced coach, she holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s in Applied Nutrition, and has completed a multi-state Dietetic Internship with health-focused research. She is now continuing her education with the goal of becoming a primary care provider.

As CFO, Marcus leads with empathy, intention, and a strong commitment to supporting others. A former student-athlete and experienced coach, he holds a Bachelor’s in Business, an MBA, and over five years of corporate industry experience in account management, project coordination, and collaboration.

As Communications Director, Jamey leads with a passion for self-development and a commitment to uplifting her community through authentic connection. She holds an Associate’s degree in Communications, has extensive communication-based experience, and is a licensed real estate professional. She is now furthering her impact by stepping into the healthcare field through nursing.

Isaiah Green is the Media & Public Relations Coordinator for JANYCOIS Your NextGen. He is currently earning his degree in Audio Production, with aspirations of becoming a professional audio engineer. Isaiah plays a key role in shaping our media voice and supporting the digital impact of our nonprofit.​​​​

Dawn Erica is an Events Specialist for corporate, nonprofit, and cultural experiences, creating meaningful connections through strategic and memorable event execution. With a strong background in community engagement and human resources support, she brings a unique ability to coordinate people, processes, and purpose with excellence.

As a culinary partner for JANYCOIS Your NextGen, Chef Eddie Green II helps fuel our events and community gatherings with fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals. His long-standing commitment to service and his expertise as a chef enhance the welcoming environment we aim to create for the youth and families we serve.

Coach Andrew “AJ” Jackson II combines collegiate playing experience with a commitment to mentoring the next generation of athletes. His intense, encouraging presence allows players to build confidence while developing essential skills and discipline. He earned a BS in Business Administration and an MBA and has coached at both the high school and youth levels.
