As founder and inaugural CEO, LaVeda is committed to uplifting her community and creating a more accessible world for people of all backgrounds. With decades of leadership in South Carolina’s school systems and advanced studies toward her PhD in Organizational Leadership, she brings unmatched expertise and passion to the mission.

Chief Operating Officer, Health & Wellness Coordinator
Courtney A. Green Jackson
As the inaugural COO, Courtney is dedicated to serving her community and creating meaningful pathways that level the playing field for all. A former student-athlete and experienced coach, she holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s in Applied Nutrition, and has completed a multi-state Dietetic Internship with health-focused research. She is now continuing her education with the goal of becoming a primary care provider.

As CFO, Marcus leads with empathy, intention, and a strong commitment to supporting others. A former student-athlete and experienced coach, he holds a Bachelor’s in Business, an MBA, and over five years of corporate industry experience in account management, project coordination, and collaboration.

Coach Andrew “AJ” Jackson II combines collegiate playing experience with a commitment to mentoring the next generation of athletes. His intense, encouraging presence allows players to build confidence while developing essential skills and discipline. He earned a BS in Business Administration and an MBA and has coached at both the high school and youth levels.
